Camp Tevya
Camp Tevya, located on nearly 500 acres on the shores Lake Potanipo in Brookline, NH, is a co-ed camp and the largest of the three Cohen Camps. Tevya offers campers a spacious outdoor setting for a vibrant summer camp community that delights in the development of its members and exploring its Jewish heritage. Tevya guides it's campers to reach their ultimate potential, build character, self-confidence, and spirit - both as individuals and as Jews. Entering its 69th season in 2008, Tevya has been the summer home to multiple generations of families who return each summer for community, learning, fun and the traditional Tevya spirit.
Tevya is home to over 300 campers each session (450 total each summer). Campers and staff have a passion for Tevya that sustains their memories year-round until another summer can begin. The woods surrounding Tevya, the beautiful sunsets on the lake and the outstanding facilities provide a setting for dynamic day and evening programs, campouts, special events and trips. In addition to the general program of land sports, water sports and arts, Tevya is proud of its Low Ropes Course for community building and its top of the line woodworking studio to help campers feel a sense of accomplishment.
