Summer 2026
News from Week 2
Hello from Lake Potanipo!
As we wrap up another incredible week at Camp Tevya, our community continues to shine with energy, laughter, and connection. While the temperatures have certainly been high these past few days, our campers and staff have done an amazing job staying cool with plenty of water fun (including our new misters!), shade breaks, popsicles and ice cream, and some creative use of air conditioned spaces around camp. Most importantly, the spirit of camp hasn’t skipped a beat: friendships are growing stronger, new memories are being made every day, and the joy around camp continues to be contagious. We’re excited to share a glimpse into all the fun, meaningful moments, and Tevya magic from Week 2!
Shabbat Shalom,
Lauren + Elissa

Why did you want to be a Shlichim at a summer camp?

What's your favorite part of camp so far?
I love my bunk! They are so heartwarming and it feels like home even though I just got here. I also love teaching ceramics - it is a place to be playful and there's no wrong way to do it.
