First-Time Campers
Ready? Set? Camp!
Welcome to your first summer at Camp Tel Noar!
Everyone has a first summer here, so let’s get you ready. You’ll feel you are a part of the warm Tel Noar family right away!
We start each session with lots of games, both as a whole camp and as a bunk. Campers all have lots of new friends by dinnertime the first day. Plus, at meals we’ll assign each camper to a table with kids of all ages, so everyone will get to know each other together. You’ll also get to know the other bunks in your cabin. Our unique cabins hold three bunks and a common room, so that you can easily make and hang out with lots of new friends.

REGULAR
SESSIONS
For rising Grades 2-10
The classic Tel Noar experience, with the chance to let friendships deepen over time. The longer campers stay, the more new skills they master and the more confidence and independence they gain.
TASTE
SESSIONS
For rising Grades 2-7
Experience all the wonderful CTN community has to offer in two weeks! Happy campers have the option to stay for the full session.
SLEEPOVER

Your future camper can experience all the magic of camp with their own Camp Buddy! Activities, meals, and a night in a bunk, with an option to stay for the day only, too.

First-Timer Welcome Grants
Every first-time camper receives an automatic Welcome Grant lowering the cost of each regular session. You may also qualify for an additional grant through the OneHappyCamper program. Explore our Tuition Resources, including Cohen Camps financial assistance.

First-time campers are invited to join Tel Noar for a 2-week session if they prefer. Experience all the wonderful CTN community has to offer in two weeks! Happy campers have the option to stay for the full session. Available for campers entering 2nd through 8th grade in the school year after camp.

Ta’am campers are fully immersed in regular camp programming. Your child will sample all the fun activities of camp, with a daily schedule full of arts, sports, swimming, boating, and more, plus special events and evening activities, topped off by the warm Camp Tel Noar Shabbat experience.
Dedicated counselors who are skilled with this age group will help your child make friends, try new and favorite activities, and become part of the Tel Noar family.
