What this Reunion supports +

How YOU can help!

Reunion fees only help cover the cost of the Reunion itself.

Jewish camp plays a vital role in Jewish life and community. Please consider donating to Tevya’s nonprofit mission. Your gift will support:

Security Enhancements

In the wake of October 7th and the rise in antisemitism that has followed, the Cohen Camps are increasing investments in Camp Tevya security. This includes overnight security guards, enhanced security camera coverage and surveillance, crucial training for our staff, and gated vehicle entrances.

Please contribute to this effort. For Summer 2024 alone, the Cohen Camps expects to invest an additional $300,000 in security measures. This is an investment we’re committed to making, but it carries a financial impact to our operating expenses for Tevya and for the Cohen Camps organization.

In part, we’re able to take on this additional expense due to generous donors to our Annual Fund Campaign and those who have already stepped up after October 7th. Thank you.

Cheri Lynne Levine Stage

Cheri was a member of Birya ‘87 and was truly a shining star in the Tevya community.

At the Reunion, we will honor the 10th anniversary of Cheri’s passing with a dedication ceremony to rename the Elbess Stage in her memory.

This summer, we will present the inaugural Cheri Lynne Levine Summer Star of the Year Award for our campers that shine the brightest in performing arts.

Please help Tevya do all this as well as purchase equipment to enhance our theater program in Cheri’s memory.

Woodworking > Maker Space

Help Tevya invest $10,000 to enhance our woodworking program and transform the Woodworking room into a Maker Space to harness the full creativity and ingenuity of all our campers.

Health Center Renovations

Our Health Center and its staff are at the heart of the camp experience.

Help take care of our Health Center staff so they can take care of us by contributing to Health Center renovations (new floors, showers, furniture).

Camper Scholarships

1/4 of Tevya campers receive financial aid from the Cohen Camps, totaling $100,000 in 2023. This aid is a direct expense in our overall operating costs.

Scholarship donations are the most direct way to financially support Tevya’s mission. You can give kids the gift of Jewish camp and help families in the Tevya community.

Driving + Parking

There is no parking* at camp on the day of the reunion since we will have so many visitors here.

Please park at either of these locations:

• Captain Samuel Douglass Academy, 24 Townsend Hill, Brookline, NH 03033

• Richard Maghakian Memorial School, 22 Milford St., Brookline, NH 03033

Camp Tevya will provide buses to camp and back to the lots. (Bus schedule is below.)

*With advance notice: If you require accessible parking, please email Ellen so we may accommodate you. On Reunion Day, please come to the entrance at camp.

If you are arriving on Friday evening for Bunk Night, on-site parking is included.

Bus Schedule

Buses will travel from the parking lot to Camp Tevya several times, 8:45 – 10:00 a.m. They will not run during Shabbat services (10:15 – 11:15 am). Buses will resume after services, running 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.

The buses will make continuous loops during their hours of operation, stopping at both lots and then coming to Tevya.

During the afternoon, the buses will continue to make the loop so that you may arrive late or depart early, as your schedule requires. A bus will depart from camp every 30 minutes during 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm.
